•        WitVersed makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any product sold.

•        Results and outcomes from using our products may vary and are not guaranteed in any way.

 

4. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

All digital products sold by WitVersed are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or publicly display any digital product without express written permission from WitVersed.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our digital products constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

5. Sales, Refunds & Dispute Resolution

All sales are subject to the refund and return policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to review and abide by our refund policy. LitVerse.Shop reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact WitVersed at WitVerse@proton.me prior to initiating any chargeback or third-party dispute process. We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks filed without prior contact and good-faith resolution attempts.
