Store Refund Policy

Digital Products

All digital products in our store — including PDF guides and any other instant-access downloads — are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the full content is available the moment your order is confirmed, the following policy applies:

Accidental Purchase — Full Refund Window: 2 Hours If you purchased a digital product by accident and have not downloaded or accessed the file, you may request a full refund within 2 hours of purchase by emailing us at WitVersed@proton.me. We will process your refund promptly, no questions asked.

After 2 Hours — No Refunds Due to the instant digital nature of our products, refunds are not available after the 2-hour window has passed. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the content has been delivered in full and no refund can be issued.
